FAQ

1/ How to pay?

Payment is made before the drawing is produced by:

• Bank transfer
• Bank card on my store

Prices shown do not include shipping costs. 5 to 10€ will be added to include packaging and shipping costs in mainland France. For shipping outside France, contact me to find out the price.

Each portrait is packaged and sent in a rigid envelope to reduce transport risks. Shipments are made either via La Poste or via Mondial Relay

Please note: Validation of your order is only possible after signing the quote + payment for the project.

2/ What are the deadlines?

It is difficult for me to give a precise deadline because they vary depending on the time of year. However, the delay is between 1 and 2 months* for the completion of your order at the time of reservation. If delays are expected, I will notify you.

Also, if you have a deadline for the portrait, don’t forget to let me know!

*This does not include shipping times which depend on carriers.

3/ The model photo

• The model photo for your portrait must belong to you or be the work of a person who authorizes you to reuse it. I cannot take celebrity portraits without permission.
• The photo must be of good quality for maximum detail; the subject to be drawn must be close (a photo where I have to zoom in a lot will not have enough detail)

I reserve the right to refuse an order if I judge that the photo is not of sufficient quality and that I cannot guarantee you a portrait with the best possible quality.
